We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our collaborative team in Fort St. James. This full-time position offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, with a focus on longitudinal care and opioid agonist therapy (OAT). The NP will work closely with family physicians, patient care assistants, and an integrated professional team to deliver high-quality, culturally safe care.
Key Responsibilities
Provide longitudinal primary care to a diverse patient population. Deliver opioid agonist therapy as part of a comprehensive treatment plan. Collaborate with family physicians and other health professionals in a collegial and supportive environment.
