The Nurse Practitioner (MRP) will work within an integrated care model, collaborating with physicians and other interdisciplinary team members to deliver person‑centred care. The Nurse Practitioner will deliver comprehensive primary care across the lifespan, focusing on health promotion, disease prevention and patient education.
