Job Outline:
Practices within the full scope of the Nurse Practitioner role conducting assessments, formulating diagnoses and developing comprehensive plans of care.
Provides assessment, intervention, monitoring and follow-up for a broad range of acute and chronic conditions.
Integrates best practices and evidence into clinical practice; provides exemplary quality care through the application of advanced clinical and theoretical knowledge and skills.
Demonstrates sound clinical reasoning in decision making, planning and implementing care.
Collaborates with members of the Interprofessional Team in coordinating and providing care for patients.
