About Complex Care Housing and Priority Populations (qathet)
In this position, the NP will provide primary care to Individuals who are sheltered, unsheltered or precariously housed, presenting with complex Mental Health and Substance Use and primary care needs in qathet region within integrated care teams; complex care housing and intensive case management teams; and with the qathet General Hospital Withdrawal Management bed based care program.
