Overview

The salary range for this position is CAD $76.34/Hr. – CAD $83.98/Hr.

Come work as a Nurse Practitioner with Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH). The successful candidate(s) will be part of a healthcare team that shares a vision of improving care for adolescents and young adults as they transition from pediatric to adult care. The team includes pediatric urology, adult urology, and two nurse practitioners with primary care training to deliver a holistic approach to care. This team is envisioned as a partnership between primary care and specialist expertise and aims to foster collaboration and support among its members. Beyond clinical care, the successful candidate(s) will play a role in the development of this initiative. The position offers flexibility with regard to FTE appointment and in-person versus virtual care days.
