Job Description

Under the direction of the Manager, the Clinical Nurse Educator (CNE) is responsible for ensuring all work is in alignment with the organization's missions, goals, values, and strategic plans to promote high-quality and safe client care. This is accomplished by assisting in establishing and maintaining best practice; assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating unit orientation, clinical training and other educational programming; assessing learning needs; acting as a clinical resource; participating in committee work as assigned; participating in continuous improvement activities; developing and maintaining client and staff resources.
