Work setting: Television network and/or station.

Responsibilities

• Collect information through interview, investigation and observation.
• Gather the information for the interviews.
• Interview the individuals.
• Receive, analyze and verify copy for accuracy.
• Research and report on developments in specialized fields such as medicine, science and technology.
• Write news stories for publication and broadcast.
