Oversee and execute customer account setups by configuring pricing, enabling Express Manager and Freight Manager, granting TMS and myUnishippers portal access, and curating address books, commodity lists, references, and other preferences as requested
Manage the onboarding and offboarding process for sales representatives, including creating and deactivating system logins
Coordinate the setup and maintenance of UPS services for new accounts, including setting up daily pick‑ups (DPU), account name and address updates, etc.
Maintain data accuracy across systems and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues effectively
