Regular Responsibilities
Coordinate contracting activities and administer agreements with distribution networks across Canada. Ensure selection, compliance, and monitoring of market intermediaries, advisors, agents and representatives. Act as a resource for the Business Development team in communicating contracting policies and procedures to general agents nationwide. Control and analyze complex requests from general agents, administrative staff and Business Development on advisor, intermediary, agent, representative contracting, ensuring alignment with policies and system support. Provide guidance on government regulations and guidelines and collaborate closely with Business Development on all contracting matters for intermediaries, advisors, representatives, affiliated agents and general agents.
