The Network and Desktop Specialist will be responsible for maintaining troubleshooting, and optimizing network infrastructure while also providing desktop support as needed.
This role will have direct communication with the network team in the USA.
- Design, implement and maintain switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless access points.
- Proactively monitor network performance and security, identify vulnerabilities, and implement solutions to enhance connectivity and protect critical data.
- Collaborate with the US-based network and security teams to ensure strict adherence to corporate network policies, security standards, and best practices.
- Manage network vendor relationships, including contract oversight and performance monitoring, to ensure project requirements and service level agreements are met.
