About This Opportunity

Network Administrator Reporting to the IT Director, the

Network Administrator

would be responsible for providing wide ranging, day-to-day network and end user support. In addition, the Network Administrator would work closely with the IT Director to provide essential back up support and would be involved in any projects as required.

The Network Administrator’s role is to ensure the stable operation of the network. This includes planning, developing, installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all network hardware, software, and communication links. This person will also analyze and resolve end user hardware and software computer problems in a timely and accurate fashion, and provide end user training where required.

Responsibilities

Manage servers, including e-mail, print, and backup servers and their associated operating systems and software.

Manage security solutions, including firewall and anti-virus.
