Partner with finance, accounting, and operations stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements for NetSuite enhancements and new functionality
Translate requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams
Configure and maintain NetSuite features including saved searches, custom fields, forms, roles, and basic workflow adjustments
Support system testing efforts including UAT planning, test case development, and defect tracking
Serve as a subject matter expert on NetSuite processes, helping users resolve issues and improve how they work within the system
Collaborate with developers, architects, and integration teams to deliver system changes that meet business needs
Maintain documentation for business processes, system configurations, and change history
