High-Acuity Setting: Work in a Level IV NICU with 72 beds (ADC of 60), where you will manage the most complex neonatal cases.
Advanced Capabilities: The unit utilizes Neonatal ECMO, iNO, Frequent Ventilation (Jet and Oscillator), and Therapeutic Hypothermia.
Full-Time In-House Shifts: Enjoy 24-hour in-house shifts with no call requirements, though the schedule involves a mix of day, night, and weekend coverage.
Collaborative Team: You will work alongside Neonatologists and support staff. No ECMO experience is required as you will never be solo on shift.
EMR System: The EMR system will be confirmed during the application process.
