Flexible Coverage Needs: Coverage is needed for 24-hour in-house NICU shifts, OR for a 12-hour shift covering the Newborn Nursery (NBN)/Delivery role.
Diverse Shift Options:
In-House NICU Shift: 24 hours in the Level III NICU.
NBN/Delivery Role (12-Hour): 7 AM - 7 PM, attending all high-risk deliveries, rounding on well-newborns, and providing 2-4 hours of downtime coverage to the 24-hour NNP in the Level III NICU in the afternoon.
Supportive Structure: You will work alongside Neonatologists and other clinical colleagues. There is no routine newborn nursery coverage required for the in-house NICU role.
