Partner with Sales and Sales Leadership to identify, qualify, and support new clinical opportunities, including net-new accounts and expansions within strategic customers.
Develop and lead process improvement initiatives to ensure positive hospital system adoption of processes and products, demonstrating improved patient outcomes.
Lead and support clinical evaluations, pilots, and product trials, ensuring strong clinical adoption and successful conversion to standard of care where applicable.
Design and execute implementation plans for new customers, including workflows, training pathways, and clinical best practices.
Provide advanced troubleshooting and clinical problem‑solving support during evaluations and early commercialization.
