Floater Caregiver Job Description The Floater Caregiver implements individualized client care plans. They advocate patient welfare and serve as a liaison between clients and their assigned care manager. The Floater Caregiver interacts with Staffing Manager, Staffing Coordinators and Care Managers regarding assigned clients, unassigned clients, and their schedules. Floater Caregiver Job Duties and Job Requirements Hours: * Available on-call 6 days a week * 40 hours paid guaranteed * Overtime pay = 1.5 times for hours worked with clients over 40 hours.
