Technical Director of Municipal Wastewater Treatment – Water Business Unit

Responsibilities
Support growing wastewater business through winning and executing engineering services
Lead and proactively collaborate with Water Business Unit leaders, marketing teams and operations managers across the company in development, implementation and achievement of strategic and business development goals
Lead the pursuit of specific municipal wastewater project opportunities including participation in Go/No Go decisions, development of pursuit strategies and proposals, and hiring/mentoring of staff for key projects
Participate in municipal wastewater project work including consulting assignments, management and peer review as appropriate
Position can be based anywhere in North America within commutable proximity of Hatch offices
