Senior Municipal Engineer: This role drives the design and delivery of municipal infrastructure projects across multiple office locations in Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick, and Nova Scotia.
Responsibilities
Support all GEMTEC locations across Atlantic Canada, including traveling as needed.
Prepare engineering drawings, technical reports, specifications, and tender documents.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop practical, cost-effective design solutions.
Review drawings and designs to ensure accuracy, compliance, and constructability.
Support construction administration activities, including site inspections and responding to contractor inquiries.
Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D to produce and review detailed civil design plans.
Communicate with clients, municipalities, and other stakeholders to keep projects on track and aligned with expectations.
