Our client, a local council are seeking a Municipal Building Surveyor. Join the high-performing team to undertake building inspections and deliver exceptional services for our communities.

About the role:
The Municipal Building Surveyor will:

  • Ensure Building applications are processed in an efficient manner and in accordance with the statutory requirements under the provisions of the Building Act and Regulations
  • Prepare reports for management, Council, Building Appeals Board and other Building forums as necessary.
  • Provide effective, high quality and comprehensive advice to all Council’s customers (internal and external) regarding Building Services and manage the monitoring of legislative compliance.
