Play a key role in building, configuring, and managing Microsoft Teams Telephony solutions, supporting critical enterprise communication infrastructure. Gain strong exposure to the full Unified Communication domain including PSTN/PBX, networking, audio/video conferencing, and monitoring/reporting tools. Lead a team of 4–5 members in a global delivery environment, managing risks, dependencies, and customer communication while strengthening leadership and project management skills.
