Become a pivotal part of the BGO team as a Move-In Coordinator at Rideau Registry in Ottawa. This part-time role supports the seamless transition of new residents.
In this role, you will focus on enhancing the move-in experience for every resident. The position is on an 18-month contract requiring flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Your responsibilities will involve preparing move-in packages, conducting necessary inspections, and delivering excellent customer service to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome each resident personally during their move-in
• Prepare and distribute keys and related packages
• Conduct detailed inspections and manage transitions
• Provide information about the building and community services
• Professionally handle resident queries and complaints
Requirements:
• 2+ years in customer service or similar environment
• High school diploma is mandatory; college preferred
