Elevate tenant satisfaction as a Leasing Administrator at Morguard. This role combines tenant relations, leasing coordination, and marketing initiatives to ensure optimal occupancy and positive experiences.
In this position, you will be accountable for renting suites and maintaining tenant relationships while reporting to the Manager, Building/Property/District/Leasing. Your responsibilities will include inspecting suites, screening applicants, and overseeing lease agreements. Additionally, you will play a key role in developing marketing strategies to promote available units.
Key Responsibilities: • Inspect vacant suites and coordinate repairs for marketing • Screen applicants and finalize leasing documentation • Develop and suggest marketing strategies to attract tenants • Greet visitors and manage general inquiries efficiently • Keep accurate records in Yardi and provide weekly reports
