ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
Active registration with ANBLPN
Current BCLS certification
Willing to participate in continuing education/certification programs (i.e. breastfeeding certification, non-violent crisis intervention, Periop 101, ASIST, etc.) as outlined during orientation and onboarding within a defined timeframe.
Minimum 1 year recent and direct experience (within last 5 years) in Mental Health, obstetricial and medical/surgical patients, etc. may be required depending on the department. A combination of relevant work experience and related education training will be considered.
Demonstrated assessment skills and ability to respond to emergent situations and prioritize care.
Demonstrated knowledge of and adherence to relevant legislation.
