FUNCIÓN GENERAL
Under the supervision of the Supervisor of Modelistas and Matriceros, the role is responsible for the fabrication or modification of models in plaster or resin, fabrication or modification of master molds, preparation of master molds for matrix fabrication, development of templates and secondary tools, modification, repair or fabrication of matrices using design specifications represented by drawings, models or descriptions.
RESPONSABILIDADES ESPECÍFICAS
Modificar modelos, moldes o matrices existentes para incorporar cambios necesarios para mejora de desempeño (productividad, calidad/Yield).
Reparar defectos en las matrices existentes.
Fabricar nuevos modelos, moldes y matrices según se requiera.
Desarrollar plantillas y herramientas secundarias.
Ser responsable de las pruebas de modificaciones.
Mantener el área de trabajo limpia y los materiales y equipos en buenas condiciones....
