This position will be mobile support for their commercial properties around Vancouver. The commercial maintenance technician will be responsible for maintaining a safe, healthy, and functional facility for the tenants and the people in it.
Compensation:

• $60,000 - $70,000

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of systems and equipment.
• Monitor HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building management systems.
• Conduct daily preventative rounds to ensure fire, life, and internal/external building systems are operational.
