MLOps Manager role based in Toronto with hybrid working (3 days in office). This position combines technical leadership with people management to guide the technical direction of production services, partner with technology teams across the organization, and recruit, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering team.
You will play a dual role as both a technical leader and a people manager. Responsibilities include guiding the technical direction of production services, collaborating with technology teams across the organization, and taking responsibility for recruiting, mentoring, and growing a high-performing engineering team.
