This full-time, in-person role involves guiding the employee lifecycle while collaborating with restaurant leadership. You'll be integral in handling compliance, health and safety protocols, and operational support, ensuring an engaging atmosphere for team members. Key Responsibilities:
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and off-boarding processes
• Maintain employee records for compliance
• Prepare health and safety reports
• Assist in payroll and scheduling tasks
• Promote a culture of care and continuous growth
Requirements:
• Legally authorized to work in Canada
• Degree or certification in HR, Business Admin or related
• One year of HR/admin experience required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & HRIS tools
