:Reporting to the Senior NSUR Planning Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering Department. You will also ensure that the goals and objectives are achieved while promoting and respecting Agnico Eagle’s values, Health & Safety Code of Conduct and the environment.
Produce development and stope layouts;
Check work of his/her peers for correctness and accuracy;
Develop mining plans in conjunction with other departments such as maintenance, electrical, geology and underground and are required to follow all acts regulations under the OHSA and Reg. 854;
Stay current of activities within respective headings and remain up-to date of production, development and drilling rates to accurately schedule and prioritize required work;
Provide input to the Senior Mine Planner to develop and maintain a rolling 3-month plan, which will allow the mine to meet its production/exploration...
