As a Middleware Support Analyst, your main focus will be on supporting complex systems such as IBM WebSphere and JBoss. This role demands strong troubleshooting abilities and a comprehensive understanding of architectural frameworks, where you will analyze logs and assist in incident management and enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive support for middleware technologies including WebSphere and JBoss
