Middle Salesforce Administrator (remote in Colombia)

We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator with 3+ years of professional experience to join our high-performing and highly visible Salesforce Team.

Must have

• 3+ years of commercial experience
• Understanding of Sales and Service Cloud functionality
• Objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules creation and management
• Experience configuring automation using Flows
• User and Permission management experience
• Knowledge of data management tools
• Upper-Intermediate or higher level of spoken and written English (B2+)

Will be a plus

• Experience of managing Customer supports communication and requests

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day configuration of the Salesforce org, ensuring system stability and data accuracy
