Client–Carrier Relay You'll receive information requests from underwriters, translate them into clear language for the client, collect what's needed, and relay it back properly formatted. If a client hasn't responded in 24 hours, you follow up. If the underwriter hasn't responded in 48, same thing.
Intake Support You'll complete applications for clients who need additional coverage or whose submissions require rework. Accuracy and speed go hand in hand here.
Documentation & CRM Management Everything you do gets logged. Documents, communications, notes, all recorded in the CRM after every action.
Customer Support You'll monitor the inbox, respond with status updates, handle calls when needed, and immediately flag any urgency to the team.
