Must have designed and implemented an Office 365 (Exchange, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint & OneDrive for Business) environment
Must have experience in preparing transformation deliverables such as assessment summary, design documents (HLD, LLD), BOM, SOPs etc.
Must have demonstrated ability to lead, manage, build and deliver customer and partner business results thru an engineering or professional services team
Must have experience working with customers providing regular updates, troubleshooting deployment and migration issues.
Have expertise in coding and executing PowerShell Scripts for automation and reporting purposes.
Must have experience in Microsoft solutions including AD, DNS, DHCP, PKI, Entra ID and Entra ID Connect.
Keep track of the emerging technologies in the market and should be updated with the market trends with the current UCC solutions
