12–15 hours per report
Manual integration of test scoring outputs
Formatting instability in Word
Significant opportunity for structured AI interpretation under clinician supervision
Objective: Reduce report preparation time to 3–5 hours while maintaining clinical, regulatory, and documentation standards.
Scope:
Redesign Word report architecture with protected styles
Create structured test score data tables
Build modular Copilot prompt framework
Ability to implement structured AI documentation systems that preserve individual clinician voice while standardizing report architecture
Maintain PHIPA-compliant Microsoft tenant workflow
