Description
:This role serves as the microbiology and allergen subject matter expert for our facilities across Europe (including the UK) and South Africa. The region currently includes 10+ production sites, and the successful candidate will partner with each facility, as well as the cross functional business, to provide expertise and guidance on:
Microbiology and allergen testing practices, including GLP implementation and compliance
Management of third-party laboratories
LIMS rollout, utilization, and data analysis
Troubleshooting microbiology and allergen-related incidentsPareNCAJA
Developing routine and non-routine testing plans
Documenting programs, policies, and procedures
Supporting Pathogen Environmental Monitoring (PEM) and special events
Providing technical input for HACCP risk assessments
Formula safety evaluations
