Lead a team of four Message Center operators in a structured environment with operations 24/7/365. Will be responsible for Message Center operations including work completed and accounted for, EKMS inventory, and other duties as assigned. The position works in a SCIF with no access to personal electronics. **Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Government Clearance. Note: U.S. Citizenship is required to obtain a Secret Clearance.**
**Essential Responsibilities:**
+ Inventory and maintain strict accountability for Local Element CMS/EKMS and other associated classified materials.
+ Receive, process, and distribute incoming and outgoing Naval and civilian message traffic for the AUTEC Project
+ Supervise team of 4 Message Center Operators working 24/7/365 to ensure compliance with government and contractor directives.
+ Report equipment malfunctions to appropriate technical and management personnel.
