Implement and maintain the MES system
Configure, customize, and support the Manufacturing Execution System, ensuring accurate capture of production data (work orders, scrap, downtime, performance)
Maintain system reliability and minimize downtime through proactive monitoring and support
Design and develop .
NET-based applications supporting manufacturing operations using Microsoft technologies (SQL Server, .NET Framework, WPF)
Integrate shop‐floor equipment and industrial systems using communication protocols (OPC UA, Ethernet/IP, TCP/IP) and develop RESTful APIs and WebSocket solutions for real‐time system communication
Collaborate with cross‐functional teams (IT, automation, operations) to deploy, enhance, and support MES functionalities
Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement for manufacturing applications
