You will help clients meet and manage their tax obligations across various industries, providing strategic consulting related to business analysis and M&A tax solutions. Your work will involve transaction structuring, tax due diligence, internal reorganizations, and post‑acquisition integration.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to transactions from proposal through closing, working closely with a large team including PwC professionals, lawyers, investment bankers, and clients’ senior management.
• Raise material tax issues during due diligence and propose efficient tax structures to secure financing during closing.
• Delegate tasks and coach team members to deliver results.
