• Member Services – Process over‑the‑counter financial services efficiently; refer complex issues to the appropriate department.
• Transactions – Handle deposits, withdrawals, loans, utility payments, money orders, credit card advances, foreign/domestic exchange calculations, cheque cashing; balance ATM, night deposits, and cash drawer daily.
