The role reports to the Manager, Event Management Services and involves full‑service event management from project planning to execution, supporting both virtual and in‑person engagements.

Responsibilities

• Assist internal clients on virtual event platforms to determine event parameters, procedures, and deliverables.
• Produce and coordinate all logistics from beginning to end for virtual events/webinars.
• Use strong interpersonal and problem‑solving skills to deliver exceptional events.
• Collaborate within a team to provide event support, ideas, and solutions.
• Perform administrative functions such as managing event registration and all event aspects using Cvent.
