Medical Recruiter

Pharma Medica Research is a full service contract research organization specialized in conducting early phase clinical trials in healthy volunteers, special and patient populations. We are always looking for top talent to join our growing team! We’re currently looking for a Medical Recruiter to join our team. The Recruiter will be involved in recruiting subjects to join our clinical trials and will telephone screen potential subjects at Pharma Medica Research Inc. (PMRI). This position reports to the Supervisor, Recruiting and/or designate.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Create current subject files in a computerized system.
• Recruit subjects using PSMS.
• Answer calls or e‑mails from subjects or call out from match lists.
• Telephonically screen subjects, book and cancel appointments.
• Provide subjects with relevant information for studies.
