Job Summary

Fraser Health is seeking a Medical Lead, Education – Child & Adolescent Psychiatry to support regional leadership in maintaining high standards of postgraduate and undergraduate medical education within Child, Youth and Young Adult Mental Health services. The Education Lead ensures high‑quality training experiences for Psychiatry Residents, CAP Fellows, Pediatrics Residents, and Medical Students across Fraser Health sites, contributes to development and implementation of educational programs, and reports directly to the Regional Division Head.

Responsibilities

• Schedule R3 Psychiatry residents for their 6‑month Child & Adolescent Psychiatry rotation beginning each July and January.
• Collect resident lists and communicate with incoming residents regarding psychotherapy schedules, research days, site preferences, driving capacity, and rotation requests.
