• Laboratory Assistant Certification required
• MLPAO / OSMT certification required
• 2 - 5 years recent experience in phlebotomy
• 2 - 5 years recent experience in a clinical laboratory setting
• Knowledge of laboratory computer systems
• Medical Terminology Certificate
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with the public
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
