We are looking for a detail-oriented and committed MICC Specialist to support day-to-day operations during EST (Eastern Time Zone) hours and follow the U.S. holiday calendar. The role includes managing inbound and outbound communications related to Adverse Events (AEs), Product Complaints (PCs), and Medical Inquiries (MIs). The ideal candidate will possess strong English communication skills, demonstrate a high level of accuracy in documentation, and consistently adhere to established processes.
