Business support & Project coordination for the International Medical Affairs and the Finance department.
Responsabilities:
+ Act as an Executive Assistant for the RVP, Head of International Medical Affairs & the AVP, Head of International Finance + Act as a business support for Medical Affairs and Finance Departments + Act as the first contact of the countries & business units (various requests & scalations, etc.) + Coordinate and arrange team/working group meetings and video conferences (agenda, timing, location, attendees, facilities, etc.) + Organize business travel and appointments + Provide logistics support for internal and external events + Contract Management: create vendors profile, contracts online requests, generate purchase orders, DocuSign, invoicing, maintain the project tracker up to date, follow-up with Legal & Finance departments / Implementation of new tools and guidelines + Manage monthly accruals (follow up with agencies) and ...
