**Qualifications**
+ 3–6 years in performance marketing, with agency experience preferred + Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, GA4, GTM, and Looker Studio + Strong analytical skills and a track record of driving ROAS/CPA improvements + Excellent client communication and presentation skills + Experience leading or mentoring a team + Comfortable managing multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment
