As an Electrical, Mechanical, and Technology contractor supporting multiple major projects across the GTA, we are expanding our team and looking for driven Forepersons to join our on-site operations throughout the region.

As a Mechanical Foreperson, you will:

• Lead mechanical crews and coordinate day-to-day onsite activities.


• Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project documents to support installation work.


• Plan workflow, schedule tasks, and help ensure project milestones and labour targets are achieved.


• Manage material orders and maintain accurate tracking of tools and equipment.


• Verify installation quality and ensure all work aligns with project requirements and Plan Group standards.


• Promote and enforce Plan Group safety policies at all times.
