Promote the implementation of Systems and/or Mechanical Engineering across the Marshall Engineering function.
Develop an in-depth knowledge of the standards and specifications appropriate to the discipline of Systems and/or Mechanical Engineering.
Apply pragmatic and best‑practice Systems and/or Mechanical Engineering techniques to support projects and business development activities.
Assist continuous improvement of the Marshall Business Management System (BMS) procedures.
