The Mechanical Design Engineer will support lead engineers with the creation of 3D parts, assembly CAD Models, 2D Drawings and 3D Model Based Definitions, Bill of Materials (BOM) and PLM/PDM data. It is expected to perform tasks with minimal to no supervision and coaching. Will support the NPDI projects developing reliable and accurate designs for water Chiller products.

• Contribute to the design of chiller products developing structural sheet metal parts and HVAC piping including refrigerant and hydraulic.
• Create and maintain 3D assembly models in Creo.
• Develop 3D parts and create required documentations 2D drawings or 3D Model Based Definitions (PVZ’s).
• Prepare and maintain BOM.
• Contribute and collaborate with electrical and thermal engineers to develop new solutions for chiller water systems.
• Selections of materials and hardware. Keep communication with suppliers.
