We are hiring for a Full-Time Meat Department Manager with a wage range of $50,000 - $60,000 at our location in Peace River, AB.

Job Duties/Responsibilities

Inventory Management through weekly ordering, record & invoice maintenance, and leading quarterly inventory counts

Merchandise products within refrigeration shelving and coffin case freezers for promotional and seasonal displays

Schedule Meat Department Team Members to ensure that production and customer needs are met

Ensure company standards are met and department programs are followed

Assist the Store Manager with recruiting while maintaining a high-performance work team

Train, develop, and motivate Meat Department Team Members

Resolve customer and Meat Department concerns and complaints, and provide a positive customer experience

Maintain a clean and sanitized work area
