We are hiring a Procurement Team Leader with strong expertise in Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) processes to support their Shared Services operations across the Americas.

This is a key leadership role within a growing Shared Services Center (SSC), focused on driving process optimization and operational excellence in procurement.

• Lead the rollout and adoption of regional P2P initiatives across the Shared Services organization.
• Optimize guided buying channels, ERP catalogs, and procurement tools to enhance user experience and compliance.
• Streamline end-to-end P2P workflows, reducing manual effort and increasing automation.
• Define and track KPIs and efficiency metrics for procurement operations.
• Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to enable standardized processes within a centralized Shared Services model.
• Support supplier enablement and spend management strategies through digital channels.
